In addition, if you contract with California state government for public works, goods and services, you must prepare a nondiscrimination program pursuant to CRD regulations.1 The CRD’s Office of Compliance Programs (OCP) reviews and monitors state contractors’ nondiscrimination programs, and issues regulations concerning the required contents of these programs.2
